I was responsible for the strategy and design of the INKTANK web application. I practiced user-centered design, basing my decisions on user needs and business goals. I lead the User Experience (UX) project through the competitive research, strategy, and the results are shown in the interaction models, task flows, development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that directly reflecting on the use of INKTANK‘s service. I also created the User Interface (UI) responsible for the visual layer and the standardization of language and voice of the web application.
